Essential Lemon, New Kid on the Block

Last week we did demos at Whole Foods in Duluth and Ponce.  Happily both stores are now carrying Verdae Essential Soaps as well as Terrapin Beer Soap and Hoppy Lips.  Everytime we demo we meet the most interesting peopole.

Kris Joseph started Lavender’s Jungle, a natural hair care club for women of all ethnicities; focusing on curly, coily, kinky and wavy hair.  Kris purchased our Beer Shampoo bar and divided it among some of her group to assess it’s effectiveness and purity.  I’m awaiting their assessment.  They have a product of the month feature – stay tuned!  www.lavendersjungle.com

I also met a young boy, maybe 10, who was absolutely intoxicated by our newest soap, essential lemon.  He was so friendly and fun to have around.  He and his Mom were in the store for several hours, as are many Whole Foods customers.  He begged and pleaded with his Mom, she said no many times and then caved in – oh the plight of motherhood in the fight against retail sales when shopping with young children!!!

This Essential Lemon is my newest and most probably all time favorite soap.  I’ve always loved citrusy scents, but this one knocks me over.  When I walk into my production room the richness, depth and diversity of the scent surprises me every time.  It is a blend of 9 essential oils that is rounded out at every turn.  It’s warm, deep, rich, light and inspiring.  It’s not yet on the website but will be soon.

We continue to get feedback that the beer soap is effective in treating the symptoms of eczema and random body rashes.

  1. Dear Happy Soapmaker,

This is all very helpful, but where on earth may I leave a testimonial on the Verdae site? I want to tell everyone how much I love it!

    xoxo
